Returns

Our mission is to help you find just the right products for your hair. Many times, we understand that it may be a challenge when shopping online. If you need advice, we're happy to provide custom consultations. Please send us an email at hello@evolvh.com.

However, with that said, if you're not satisfied with your EVOLVh product, we'll offer you a full refund within 90 days of purchase.

If you want to return your product, please contact customer service to start the returns process.

Please note, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Partial bundles or kits (all items must be returned together for a full refund)
  • Products purchased from other retailers (please reach out to the retailer directly for return support)

Received Incorrect or Damaged Item

If you received the wrong item(s) or your item(s) arrived damaged, please email hello@evolvh.com, and we'll send over a replacement right away.
